Since 2008, the Regional Natural Park of the Baronnies Provençales covers 130 communes in the Rhône-Alpes and Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur regions, located between the Rhone plain to the west and the Durance valley to the east, the Drôme watershed to the north and Mont Ventoux and the Lure mountain to the south.
